New Years & Special Guests

This year for New Years we had very special guests come visit us and we could not have been more excited. 

THE BLEAKS!!! 

We had so much fun.  We mostly shopped....because I guess that's all people from small towns want to do when they come to civilization.  :)  The boys enjoyed all the beds at IKEA.

After shopping....we partied.

Big Jim's Rockin' New Years Eve Party was celebrated with the siblings a day early this year so Jordan and Melyn could attend.  Mitch and I believe we won the jackpot by walking off with a couples massage which we promptly took advantage of 2 days later for our anniversary.  Jenny and Andrew walked away with some cash, but we made them use it to pay for our babysitter.  haha. jk. well kind of.

On New Years Eve, we ate a lot, played some Just Dance, and played a few games of Catch Phrase.  BTW.....why is it that men ALWAYS win that game.  Perhaps it is because men can describe something in 2 words and I instead tell a 20 minute story.  Mmmm...perhaps.
