Last week, Creigh had a rough week. He fell off his bunk bed last Thursday at about 5:30 in the morning. He must have shifted all the way down to the bottom his bed and scooted backwards into the small gap and off the bed. When I found him, he was laying on the ground crying and was pointing to his arm. He wasn't using his arm at all and he just kept crying. We headed off to the emergency room, convinced it was broken. After x-rays and waiting a while for results, nothing was really determined. The doctor was pretty sure it was dislocated at his elbow, but he was unable to relocate it and Creighton was still in a lot of pain. All day he didn't use his arm at all. The next morning he was going up the stairs, fell, cried, and then it was all better. He must have popped it back in place when he fell.
He was quite sad, especially when the dr. tried to pop it back in place.
He was a little better when he was with his daddy.
And even better when he had his stickers and apple juice.
Creighton also had to go to the dentist because I noticed his top front tooth was turning dark. I have no idea what happened to it. Luckily, the dentist said it isn't dead....yet, and he didn't think it would get any darker.
My mom felt bad for Creigh so she told me to take him to the store and let him pick out a little "get well soon present." Just Creigh and I went to Target and we had the best time. It reminded me of the importance of giving each child quality time. I definitely need to go on "dates" with my little guys more often.
Since this post is all about Creighton, here are some pictures of him from that little photo shoot we did at my parents house about a month ago (note the big difference in hair.)

P.S. One of my sister's very best friends took these photos I have been displaying lately. You can check out her blog at www.sarahdphotography.blogspot.com. Thanks Sarah for the beautiful pictures of my boys.
